By accessing AEGIS AI Cooperative services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AEGIS provides AI orchestration and automation services with a trust-first architecture designed for enterprise environments.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

AEGIS provides enterprise AI infrastructure with progressive autonomy controls. Our trust hierarchy ensures you maintain appropriate oversight of AI agent actions based on your risk tolerance:

As a user of AEGIS services, you agree to:

• -Maintain the security of your account credentials
• -Use AI agents in compliance with applicable laws
• -Review and approve high-impact agent actions as appropriate
• -Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• -Report any security vulnerabilities responsibly

All agent actions are logged with immutable audit trails. You have the right to review, export, and verify the integrity of these logs at any time. Audit logs include:

• -Agent identity and authorization level
• -Action type and parameters
• -Timestamp with millisecond precision
• -Cryptographic integrity verification

AEGIS retains all rights to its platform, technology, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant AEGIS a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.

AEGIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to services will cease, but you may export your data. We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms.
